Swydo vs Whatagraph: Agency Reporting or Blended Data Reports

Swydo fits agencies that send white-labeled reports to many clients. Whatagraph fits teams that blend data from many sources into fewer, larger reports.

Our recommendation
Swydo for automated agency reports, Whatagraph for blended reports

Choose Swydo if you want one flat plan with white-label reports and unlimited clients, and pay by the data source. Choose Whatagraph if you want to blend many data sources and give unlimited users access, with a higher starting budget. If you also need next steps you approve or dismiss, Madgicx does that, from $45 a month.

Where they differ

How the price grows

Swydo: The base price includes 10 data sources, and each extra connected account adds a fee. Ten clients on two ad platforms is 20 data sources. Whatagraph: Price grows with connected data accounts, one credit each. Users and reports are unlimited, and extra credits can be bought until the next plan threshold.

Who each is built for

Swydo: Swydo positions itself as an automated reporting and monitoring tool for online agencies. Its site also has pages for franchisors, brands and enterprises. Whatagraph: Agencies and marketing teams that report across many sources. Its plans start at a higher commitment than per-client tools.

What each one is built to do

Swydo: Swydo pulls data from connected accounts into templates and sends branded reports on a schedule. It also sends performance alerts by email or Slack. Whatagraph: You connect data accounts, build reports and dashboards, and blend or group sources into one view. AI agents sit on top, with usage tiers that decide which features you can use.

Our verdict

Choose Swydo if

  • You can ask questions about client data from Claude or ChatGPT through its connector.
  • You get one plan with every feature, so there are no tiers to compare.
  • You can add unlimited clients and users, and pay only for the connected data sources.

Choose Whatagraph if

  • You get scheduled PDF emails on every plan.
  • You get blends and data groups that combine many sources into one report.
  • You get unlimited users building and viewing reports.

Neither fits when

You need to change your ads, not only report on them. Swydo's pages describe no way to change campaigns or ad settings from the tool. Madgicx lists next steps for your ad account that you approve or dismiss, so every change is approved by you. Madgicx sends alerts when something changes in your ad account. Madgicx's MCP connector lets an AI assistant work with your Meta ad account. Seats and ad generations are unlimited in every plan, from $45 a month.

How we compare: methodology

  1. How many data sources each connects and how reports are built.
  2. Whether reports can be white-labeled and sent on a schedule.
  3. What the price buys and how it grows with clients or data.
  4. What recent G2 reviewers praise and complain about.
