Bïrch vs Markifact: Rules and Alerts or AI Agents and Workflows

Bïrch fits media buyers who want to write and control every automation rule themselves. Markifact fits marketers and agencies that want to describe tasks to an AI agent or build repeatable workflows across ad platforms and data tools.

Our recommendation
Bïrch for rules you write yourself, Markifact for agents and workflows across many tools

Choose Bïrch if you want to write every condition yourself and launch many ads at once. Choose Markifact if you want agents and scheduled workflows that work across Google, Meta, TikTok and your reporting tools. If you also need campaigns built from a chat, Madgicx does that, from $45 a month.

Where they differ

How the price grows

Bïrch: The price follows your monthly ad spend across all connected platforms, and its pricing page says going over a plan's limit adds a fee. Annual billing gives one month free. Markifact: The price steps up by plan and by the credits and seats you choose. Its annual option is labeled 2 months free, and the page shows no annual prices.

Who each is built for

Bïrch: Experienced media buyers and agencies who prefer to set every condition themselves and run ads on several platforms. Markifact: Solo marketers, freelancers, agencies and marketing teams that want one place to automate work across ad and data tools.

How each one works

Bïrch: You build rules, and once published they act on their own whenever their conditions are met. The AI drafts rules for you to review, and its chat asks for approval before each action by default. Markifact: You describe a task to an agent or build a multi-step workflow on a visual canvas, and run it on demand, on a schedule or from a trigger. Its pages say changes need your approval before they go live.

What reviewers say

Bïrch: G2 lists 4.6 from 19 reviews, the latest from March 2025. 4 of the 19 raise gaps in coverage beyond Meta, and 3 mention a learning curve. Markifact: G2 lists 4.5 from 5 reviews, too few to show a pattern.

Our verdict

Choose Bïrch if

  • You can run the same rules across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok and Snapchat from one account.
  • You get white-label reports on a schedule and alerts in Slack and email.
  • You get deep rule logic with nested conditions and frequent checks, so you can automate exactly what you define.

Choose Markifact if

  • You can use its tools inside Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or Cursor through an MCP server.
  • You can approve agent changes in chat or Slack before they go live.
  • You get unlimited ad accounts on every listed plan.

Neither fits when

You need rules and AI actions that work on your Meta ads, with every change approved by you. Bïrch's help center says its AI chat can't create campaigns, so new campaigns are built in its bulk builder. Markifact's pages describe no creative analysis of its own, only a template that exports competitor ads to Google Sheets. Madgicx creates campaigns, ad sets and ads from a chat, paused until you approve. Madgicx analyzes which creatives and lines of copy bring results on your live ads. Madgicx has ready-made and custom automation rules. Seats and ad generations are unlimited in every plan, from $45 a month.

How we compare: methodology

  1. How each tool automates: rules, AI actions or both.
  2. Which ad platforms each covers and how campaigns get built.
  3. What the price buys and how it grows.
  4. What recent G2 reviewers praise and complain about.

Published by Madgicx, which competes with both tools. We use each vendor's pricing and product pages (bir.ch and markifact.com) and the most recent G2 reviews we could read, with dates listed below. This is our editorial view of fit, not independent test results. Confirm any capability not listed here with the vendor. Bïrch's pricing page of 5 November 2026 states no spend limit per plan, so we show what the page says. G2 did not load on 5 November, so its rating and reviews come from 15 October 2026. Its pricing page text runs some credit and seat options together, so we quote only the plan prices and seat ranges it states clearly.
