Amtrak requires a RideReserve confirmation for each trip on applicable multi-ride passes, in addition to the valid pass. A ride confirmation can use an existing purchase. Separate pass acquisition from its later reservations when evaluating a pass campaign's sales count.
Amtrak's refund policy gives Flex, Value and Sale fares different cancellation treatment and change conditions. Compare bookings under their fare rules before equating their retained value or flexibility. These Amtrak terms do not establish refund conditions for every rail operator.
Amtrak calculates the unused trip's value from the total fare less travel already used, including rail and accommodation components where applicable. Review the used and unused portions when analyzing changes or refunds instead of assuming the original order amount remains entirely retained.
Amtrak says specified additional products, including bikes, pets and Auto Train vehicles, inherit the purchased fare's cancellation policy. Keep those extras tied to the actual fare terms when reviewing a campaign basket; do not assume each add-on is fully refundable.

Median and middle 50% of account-level average order values. Each account value is purchase ROAS multiplied by cost per purchase in USD. Successful classifications, including manual corrections, with positive finite spend, purchases, ROAS and cost per purchase. Accounts are counted once with equal weight. Quartiles use linear interpolation. Root cohorts include direct root classifications and their child categories; exact-child cohorts exclude parent and sibling categories. The source selects the highest-spend coverage row per account among snapshots dated within the preceding 30 days; the underlying reporting period is not supplied. This is a dated aggregate advertising-data snapshot, not business-wide AOV or a census. Parent and sibling benchmarks are never substituted.
