Within Insurance Services
Guardian describes underwriting as the insurer’s assessment that can determine approval and pricing. Keep an inquiry, submitted application and underwriting decision separate in the campaign report; requesting a quote or speaking with an agent does not establish approval.
Guardian describes accelerated and simplified processes that can avoid an exam while still using underwriting. State the specific product path in the ad rather than equating no exam with guaranteed approval; count completed applications separately from the insurer’s eventual decision.
Guardian describes underwriting timing that varies with the process and information needed. Read submitted applications by their cohort and follow them to decision, rather than calling recent undecided cases failures or approvals. The source does not establish a universal campaign conversion window.
Guardian distinguishes an agent’s help with the application from the underwriter’s decision. Measure the completed application and resulting decision after the conversation, while keeping the conversation itself as a service milestone. Do not credit every agent contact as an issued policy.

Median and middle 50% of account-level average order values. Each account value is purchase ROAS multiplied by cost per purchase in USD. Successful classifications, including manual corrections, with positive finite spend, purchases, ROAS and cost per purchase. Accounts are counted once with equal weight. Quartiles use linear interpolation. Root cohorts include direct root classifications and their child categories; exact-child cohorts exclude parent and sibling categories. The source selects the highest-spend coverage row per account among snapshots dated within the preceding 30 days; the underlying reporting period is not supplied. This is a dated aggregate advertising-data snapshot, not business-wide AOV or a census. Parent and sibling benchmarks are never substituted.
