We need a Creative Strategist and Copywriter to join our team! 📝 Your job is 50% creative strategy and 50% copywriting. Be the brains and the words behind awesome ads that convert! 🌟 We are seeking for a confident leader who can own and optimize our ad creation process guiding the production team from beginning to end. 🛠️
What you will be doing
- Create ads that rock and meet acquisition targets for clients
- You will spend a lot of time on competitor research, diving deep into Ad Libraries, TikTok trends, and heaps of other resources provided to you
- Understand client goals, bring strategic expertise, and make it happen with the production team
- Craft hooks and CTAs that hit the right spots for targeting personas
- Team up with graphic designers and video editors to ensure ads follow marketing best practices

- Social media enthusiast with a few years of experience creating and executing a strategy
- Always updated on the latest social trends
- Pro at creating successful content for customer acquisition
- Results-driven, problem-solving creative spirit
- Super communicator who loves overcommunicating
- Takes feedback well and knows how to delegate
- High emotional intelligence, supportive, and encouraging
- Some relevant hands-on experience designing video ads for direct response campaigns and DTC brands would be a plus
