NHS App guidance separates England GP approval from pharmacy preparation. A request can be approved or rejected; pharmacy readiness and collected or dispatched statuses follow later. Suggested practice: count requests, approvals and dispensing separately rather than treating a repeat request as a completed medicine order.
For England's NHS App, the guidance lists conditions such as a recent request still awaiting GP approval, a required review, requesting too soon or a GP not allowing the request. An unavailable control does not establish lost demand or a dispensing failure; it can mark a prescribing-workflow boundary.
England's NHS App guidance says pharmacy tracking is being introduced gradually and is not available to everyone. Where available, it can distinguish preparation, partial readiness, readiness and collection or dispatch. An advertiser should name the supported route instead of promising universal tracking or interpreting partial readiness as complete fulfillment.
Preserved NHS App guidance for England (last reviewed 6 December 2023) warns that an outstanding prescription may still go to the previous pharmacy after a nomination change. Changing the destination is distinct from moving an existing order. Suggested practice: resolve the current prescription's destination before interpreting a nomination change as completed pharmacy transfer.

Benchmark status reviewed 11 October 2026.
The exact category cohort does not support a publishable AOV aggregate.
Median and middle 50% of account-level average order values. Each account value is purchase ROAS multiplied by cost per purchase in USD. Successful classifications, including manual corrections, with positive finite spend, purchases, ROAS and cost per purchase. Accounts are counted once with equal weight. Quartiles use linear interpolation. Root cohorts include direct root classifications and their child categories; exact-child cohorts exclude parent and sibling categories. The source selects the highest-spend coverage row per account among snapshots dated within the preceding 30 days; the underlying reporting period is not supplied. This is a dated aggregate advertising-data snapshot, not business-wide AOV or a census. Parent and sibling benchmarks are never substituted.
