Within Political & Civic Organizations
The FEC's 2025-2026 federal-election chart lists $3,500 per election for an individual's gift to a candidate committee. It distinguishes recipient types and notes inflation indexing. State that cycle, donor and recipient scope; this is not a universal limit for every political donation or future election cycle.
The FEC says limits apply separately to each federal primary, general, runoff and special election in which the candidate participates. All presidential primary elections within a calendar year count as one election for contribution limits. It recommends written election designations. Present the specific election in donor information; a payment date or generic campaign label does not establish its designation or remaining allowance.
The FEC says covered communications authorized and financed by a candidate or campaign must identify payment by the authorized committee. Additional requirements depend on the medium. Describe the payer and authorization accurately; a transparency label does not by itself establish that all disclaimer requirements are met.
The FEC says internet public communications containing text or graphics generally need a written disclaimer visible without action, readable and contrasting. Qualifying adapted-disclaimer rules are an exception with their own conditions. Explain that scope instead of treating a linked disclosure as sufficient for every format.

Median and middle 50% of account-level average order values. Each account value is purchase ROAS multiplied by cost per purchase in USD. Successful classifications, including manual corrections, with positive finite spend, purchases, ROAS and cost per purchase. Accounts are counted once with equal weight. Quartiles use linear interpolation. Root cohorts include direct root classifications and their child categories; exact-child cohorts exclude parent and sibling categories. The source selects the highest-spend coverage row per account among snapshots dated within the preceding 30 days; the underlying reporting period is not supplied. This is a dated aggregate advertising-data snapshot, not business-wide AOV or a census. Parent and sibling benchmarks are never substituted.
