Within Political & Civic Organizations
The FEC distinguishes separate segregated funds, nonconnected committees and Super PACs. It describes SSFs as connected to sponsoring organizations, while nonconnected committees lack that sponsorship. Identify the actual committee type before describing a donation route; the PAC label alone does not define contribution terms.
The FEC says separate segregated funds may solicit only people associated with their connected or sponsoring organizations. Nonconnected committees can solicit the general public. Explain that recipient-specific distinction in public donation information, without inferring that any individual's proposed gift is eligible or accepted.
The FEC says Super PACs and Hybrid PAC non-contribution accounts can accept unlimited gifts from specified sources. It separately prohibits foreign nationals, federal contractors, national banks and federally chartered corporations. Preserve both scope and exclusions; unlimited amount does not mean every source can contribute.
The FEC describes Hybrid PACs with a segregated account for independent activity and a separate account subject to statutory limits and source prohibitions for candidate contributions. State which account is receiving the gift. Do not transfer one account's funding description to every payment or claim complete compliance from checkout.

Benchmark status reviewed 11 October 2026.
The exact category cohort does not support a publishable AOV aggregate.
Median and middle 50% of account-level average order values. Each account value is purchase ROAS multiplied by cost per purchase in USD. Successful classifications, including manual corrections, with positive finite spend, purchases, ROAS and cost per purchase. Accounts are counted once with equal weight. Quartiles use linear interpolation. Root cohorts include direct root classifications and their child categories; exact-child cohorts exclude parent and sibling categories. The source selects the highest-spend coverage row per account among snapshots dated within the preceding 30 days; the underlying reporting period is not supplied. This is a dated aggregate advertising-data snapshot, not business-wide AOV or a census. Parent and sibling benchmarks are never substituted.
