Within Government & Public Services
FTA's U.S. ADA guidance says paratransit eligibility concerns the practical ability to use fixed-route transit, rather than diagnosis alone. Local agencies devise their processes with community input. Explain the provider's application route and functional review; a transport-information enquiry does not establish an eligibility decision.
FTA describes visitor service using documented home-jurisdiction ADA eligibility, with provisions for visitors lacking that documentation. Providers need not supply visitor service for more than 21 days in a 365-day period before requiring local eligibility. State the visitor route and limit, rather than advertising unrestricted access.
FTA's July 2026 civil-rights complaint page encourages people to complain directly to the transit provider first. Its federal route covers alleged failures under ADA, Title VI, federal-transit nondiscrimination and DBE requirements, normally within 180 days of the alleged violation, using an online form and supporting documents. Identify local and federal routes separately; an enquiry is not a filed complaint.
For its covered civil-rights and DBE complaints, FTA says review examines possible transit-provider deficiencies and responds after review. It does not represent individual complainants; identified deficiencies are addressed with the provider. Describe submission and agency response as procedural stages, with no compensation, personal representation or fixed resolution-time promise.

Median and middle 50% of account-level average order values. Each account value is purchase ROAS multiplied by cost per purchase in USD. Successful classifications, including manual corrections, with positive finite spend, purchases, ROAS and cost per purchase. Accounts are counted once with equal weight. Quartiles use linear interpolation. Root cohorts include direct root classifications and their child categories; exact-child cohorts exclude parent and sibling categories. The source selects the highest-spend coverage row per account among snapshots dated within the preceding 30 days; the underlying reporting period is not supplied. This is a dated aggregate advertising-data snapshot, not business-wide AOV or a census. Parent and sibling benchmarks are never substituted.
