Eligible YouTube creators can connect a store and tag their own products in videos, Shorts and live streams. The shelf is a discovery surface; eligibility and supported locations must be checked for the channel.
For YouTube Shopping's connected stores, the merch retailer or platform handles warehousing, fulfillment, refunds, support and creator payment. A creator should verify that retailer's actual terms before promising delivery.
YouTube shows high-level tagged-product performance, while it directs creators to the merch platform or retailer for detailed and updated revenue. Reconcile orders and refunds there rather than treating a video click as a sale.
YouTube says product information depends on the store's countries of sale and shipping support; eligible channels can still have surfaces that are unavailable. Check channel access and shipping areas before promoting an item to a region.

The exact category cohort does not support a publishable AOV aggregate.
Median and middle 50% of account-level average order values. Each account value is purchase ROAS multiplied by cost per purchase in USD. Successful classifications, including manual corrections, with positive finite spend, purchases, ROAS and cost per purchase. Accounts are counted once with equal weight. Quartiles use linear interpolation. Root cohorts include direct root classifications and their child categories; exact-child cohorts exclude parent and sibling categories. The source selects the highest-spend coverage row per account among snapshots dated within the preceding 30 days; the underlying reporting period is not supplied. This is a dated aggregate advertising-data snapshot, not business-wide AOV or a census. Parent and sibling benchmarks are never substituted.
