Is a collectible's authenticity the same assessment as its condition grade?

PSA separates checking whether a card is genuine from grading its condition, with grading following authentication. Describe both attributes accurately when presenting a certified card. An authentic item is not automatically in top condition, and the assessment does not establish a guaranteed resale price.

Does an autograph grade describe the condition of the card itself?

PSA's dual service evaluates the autograph and the card separately and can display both grades. Identify which assessment a listing shows before using a grade in creative. A signature grade alone should not be presented as the card's condition grade or as a blanket assessment of every part of a signed object.

What should a listing explain when a trading card is a redemption rather than the completed card?

Topps documents code submission, product-specific expiry rules and later receipt of the completed card. Make the redemption format and applicable terms visible before purchase. The buyer is not necessarily receiving the finished signed card immediately; no delivery date or expired-code acceptance should be invented from a general program page.

Why is an auction's hammer price different from the purchase total?

Christie's glossary says the hammer price excludes buyer premium and that estimates exclude premium and taxes. Identify the applicable premium and other lot-specific terms before interpreting a bid as purchase value. An estimate is also different from an accepted final sale; neither establishes this advertising cohort's purchase AOV.
