What is the output of a strategy engagement?

Define objectives, decision choices, action owners and review measures. NIST says strategy covers more than a project plan and should connect specific goals to actions and progress checks.

How should a strategy proposal address uncertainty?

List the assumptions and conditions that could change the choice. NIST's criteria commentary identifies blind spots, external changes and execution gaps as strategic risks; an adviser cannot remove them by naming a framework.

Who needs to participate in the plan?

Identify workforce and other stakeholders needed for each action. NIST calls for their involvement and for resources to carry out time-limited actions; a board presentation alone is not implementation.

How can an adviser show that strategy is working?

Use the client's defined financial, market and execution measures over time. NIST's framework assesses levels, trends, comparisons and use of results in decisions; it supplies questions, not a promised return.

The exact category cohort does not support a publishable AOV aggregate.

Median and middle 50% of account-level average order values. Each account value is purchase ROAS multiplied by cost per purchase in USD. Successful classifications, including manual corrections, with positive finite spend, purchases, ROAS and cost per purchase. Accounts are counted once with equal weight. Quartiles use linear interpolation. Root cohorts include direct root classifications and their child categories; exact-child cohorts exclude parent and sibling categories. The source selects the highest-spend coverage row per account among snapshots dated within the preceding 30 days; the underlying reporting period is not supplied. This is a dated aggregate advertising-data snapshot, not business-wide AOV or a census. Parent and sibling benchmarks are never substituted.
