Which LEED route concerns whole-building design?

USGBC describes Building Design and Construction as a route for whole buildings, additions and major renovations. A consultant’s page can name that route only when it matches the actual project scope.

Source Link to answer
What topics can a design brief cover?

USGBC describes energy, water, materials, waste and indoor environmental quality among LEED credit categories. An ad can name the assessments actually included in the consulting scope.

Source Link to answer
Is a design goal the same as certification?

USGBC says certification follows prerequisites, credit requirements and an external review. Creative should distinguish a project pursuing a rating from a project already certified.

Source Link to answer
Why show documentation rather than a green seal?

USGBC directs project teams to assign credits and document prerequisites and achievements. A consultant can show its documentation workflow, without applying a certification mark to an unverified project.

The exact category cohort does not support a publishable AOV aggregate.

Median and middle 50% of account-level average order values. Each account value is purchase ROAS multiplied by cost per purchase in USD. Successful classifications, including manual corrections, with positive finite spend, purchases, ROAS and cost per purchase. Accounts are counted once with equal weight. Quartiles use linear interpolation. Root cohorts include direct root classifications and their child categories; exact-child cohorts exclude parent and sibling categories. The source selects the highest-spend coverage row per account among snapshots dated within the preceding 30 days; the underlying reporting period is not supplied. This is a dated aggregate advertising-data snapshot, not business-wide AOV or a census. Parent and sibling benchmarks are never substituted.
