The 5 Best AgencyAnalytics Alternatives in 2026, Compared

Why agencies look beyond AgencyAnalytics, and how five alternatives compare on features, pricing, pros and cons.

AgencyAnalytics is built for agencies that report to many clients, and that's also why agencies start looking elsewhere: its price grows with every client you add, its reports show results but we found nothing in it that changes an ad account, and its G2 reviewers mention integration gaps and limits on customising dashboards. This guide compares five alternatives on what they do, how they differ from AgencyAnalytics and what they cost.

What is AgencyAnalytics, and why do agencies look beyond it?

AgencyAnalytics is a client reporting and dashboard platform for marketing agencies. Each client has its own dashboards and reports, and a client portal with your logo and brand colour. Reports can be built from a blank page, a Smart Report, a template or a clone and delivered as a live link, an email or a PDF, or sent automatically on a schedule. It also includes SEO tools such as a rank tracker, backlinks and competitor analysis.

It has a 4.7 rating on G2 from 463 reviews. We found no stories of agencies leaving, so these are limits we found rather than reasons customers gave:

  • A price that grows with your client list. The Core plan is $20 per client a month, billed annually, and agencies with 25 or more clients move to a Volume plan priced by sales.
  • Reports that stop at the data. The only automation we saw is scheduled report sending, and 2 of its 20 most recent G2 reviews say it feels behind on AI and automation.
  • Integration gaps and sync problems, raised in 5 of those 20 reviews.
  • Limits on customising dashboards and reports (4 of 20), and no way to blend data from several sources (2 of 20).

What to look for in an AgencyAnalytics alternative

  • What the price grows with: your client count, your data accounts, your dashboards or your ad spend.
  • Whether white label and scheduled sending are included, or sold as extras.
  • Whether the tool acts on the data or only reports it.
  • How your clients get their reports: a live link, a PDF or a portal.

The 5 best AgencyAnalytics alternatives

1. Madgicx Best overall

Madgicx is an AI platform for Meta ads, used by ecommerce brands and agencies. It reviews your ad account, tells you what to do next and does much of the work once you approve it.

What it does: Reports that combine Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Klaviyo and GA4, shared by link or PDF. A list of next steps for your account, such as pausing ads that lose money or answering ad comments, which you approve or dismiss. A chat that answers questions on your account data and creates campaigns, ad sets and ads, paused until you approve. Ready-made and custom automation rules. Image ads generated from a prompt, from your own best ads or from real ads in a built-in library. Analysis of which creatives and lines of copy bring results. Ready-made and AI audiences. An account audit covering targeting, demographics, geography and auctions.

Compared with AgencyAnalytics: AgencyAnalytics reports across many channels, with white label, a client portal and scheduled sending, and we found nothing in it that changes an ad account. Madgicx combines Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Klaviyo and GA4 in one report shared by link or PDF, and the same plan analyses your clients' Meta campaigns, recommends the next step and builds campaigns from a chat. Seats are unlimited, and the price is set by Meta spend only.

Pricing: One plan priced by monthly Meta spend: $45 a month up to $1,000 of spend, $129 up to $10,000 and $329 up to $30,000. Prices for higher spend levels are on our pricing page. Unlimited seats and ad generations, 15% off quarterly and 30% off annually, and a 7-day free trial.

Pros:

  • Reports and AI that analyses and manages the Meta campaigns behind them, in one plan.
  • Nothing the AI proposes changes your ads until you approve it.
  • Unlimited seats, and a price set by Meta spend only.
  • 4.6 on G2 from 220+ reviews.

Cons:

  • Campaign management is built for Meta, while Google Ads and TikTok data appear in reports.
  • No white-label or scheduled report sending.

2. Whatagraph

Whatagraph is a marketing reporting and dashboard platform for agencies and in-house teams.

What it does: White-label dashboards with your colours, logo and a global agency theme, shared by live link. Scheduled report emails as automated PDFs. On its Max plan, data groups and blends that combine several sources, linked report templates and a dedicated Customer Success Manager. Templates you reuse with client-specific changes. Connections to more than 45 platforms, plus a custom API, Google Sheets and BigQuery.

Compared with AgencyAnalytics: prices by connected data account instead of by client, with unlimited users and reports. Its Max plan blends data from several sources, which 2 of AgencyAnalytics' 20 most recent G2 reviews ask for. The starting commitment is higher.

Pricing: Max plan from €699 a month, billed annually, with 50 credits, where one credit is one connected data account. Users and reports are unlimited on both plans. Prime is custom priced, and a custom report domain is an add-on on Prime only. No free trial is listed, and it offers a demo instead.

Pros:

Cons:

  • A €699 a month starting point and no trial listed.
  • 5 of its 20 most recent G2 reviews mention integration or data source coverage, and 3 mention slow loading.

3. DashThis

DashThis is a marketing reporting dashboard tool for agencies and in-house teams.

What it does: Dashboards from 30+ platforms, including Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, GA4 and LinkedIn, plus CSV import for custom data. White label on every plan: your logo and colour themes, a custom domain and a custom sender email. Scheduled emails sent once or on repeat to the recipients you choose, with an optional PDF attached, and reports shared by permanent link or PDF. Four preset AI insights on every plan, with a chat for follow-up questions in a paid add-on. Dashboards you clone and templates for SEO, social media, PPC and ecommerce.

Compared with AgencyAnalytics: also includes white label and scheduled sending on every plan, but prices by dashboards and data sources instead of by client, with unlimited users. We found no dedicated client management area described, where AgencyAnalytics has a client portal.

Pricing: Individual is $44 a month, billed annually, with 3 dashboards and 15 sources. Professional is $139 and Business is $279 a month, all billed annually. Standard is $429 a month, billed annually, and goes up to 1,500+ dashboards and 6,000+ sources. The AI chat add-on is $19 a month. A 14-day free trial with 10 dashboards and no card.

Pros:

Cons:

  • Plans are capped by dashboards and data sources, from 3 dashboards on the cheapest plan.
  • The AI chat is a paid add-on, and we found no way to change an ad account.

4. Swydo

Swydo is an automated marketing reporting and monitoring tool for agencies.

What it does: Online reports and dashboards from 30+ integrations, including Google Ads, Google Analytics and Facebook Ads, with AI-written report summaries. White label with your branding, a custom domain and an SSL certificate. Reports delivered automatically on a schedule and personalised per client, or exported as PDF or shared as online HTML reports. Per-client templates with one-click updates across all client reports. Email alerts when a client's metric crosses a threshold or a data source has a connection error.

Compared with AgencyAnalytics: prices by data source instead of by client, with unlimited clients, reports and users on a single plan, and adds AI-written report summaries. We found no client portal described.

Pricing: $69 a month including 10 data sources, where a data source is one ad account or analytics property. Extra sources cost $4.50 each for 11 to 100, $3.00 each for 101 to 500 and $2.00 each above that. It's one plan with every feature, prices exclude VAT, and there's a 14-day free trial with no card.

Pros:

Cons:

  • The price grows with every data source you connect.
  • We found no client portal and no way to change an ad account.

5. Databox

Databox is a business analytics and reporting platform with dashboards, scheduled snapshots and a white-label add-on for agencies.

What it does: Dashboards and reports, with scheduled snapshots and weekly updates delivered by email, Slack or both, shareable links and dashboards embedded on your own domain. Scheduled sending is on its Team, Agency and Custom plans. The Agency plan adds unlimited users, bulk actions, custom templates and cross-account reporting. It claims 130+ integrations and includes monthly AI credits, and its pricing page names an AI assistant and an MCP server that we couldn't find documented.

Compared with AgencyAnalytics: prices by data sources, users and AI credits instead of by client, with a free plan to start. White label is a paid add-on rather than included, and scheduled sending isn't on its Free or Analyst plans.

Pricing: A free plan with 1 user and 3 data sources. Analyst is $71 a month, billed annually. The Agency plan, with 20 data sources and 300 AI credits a month, is shown as $79 a month billed annually on its pricing sections and $99 a month in its FAQ. White label is an $80 a month add-on, and extra accounts are sold in packs. A 14-day trial on paid plans, with no card.

Pros:

  • A free plan to start on.
  • An Agency plan with cross-account reporting and unlimited users.

Cons:

  • White label costs $80 a month extra, and scheduled sending needs the Team plan or above.
  • Its own pages disagree on the Agency price, and we found no way to change an ad account.

Our verdict

Madgicx is the best overall AgencyAnalytics alternative for agencies whose clients advertise on Meta. It combines Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Klaviyo and GA4 in reports you share by link or PDF, then does what a reporting tool can't: analyses and manages the Meta campaigns, recommends the next step and builds campaigns from a chat, with unlimited seats from $45 a month. If you need white-label or scheduled client reports, one of the reporting tools above does that job. Try Madgicx free for 7 days alongside your current setup.

How we compared these tools

  1. What each tool does for an agency reporting to clients, from dashboards to white label and sending.
  2. How it compares with AgencyAnalytics on the same jobs.
  3. Whether it acts on the data, and whether you approve each change.
  4. Total cost as your client list grows, and what the price grows with.

We went through each tool's product pages, help centre and pricing, and the G2 reviews of AgencyAnalytics and Whatagraph. For DashThis and Swydo we used their Capterra ratings, and we read no reviews of Databox.

Frequently asked questions

What is the best alternative to AgencyAnalytics?

Madgicx is the best overall AgencyAnalytics alternative for agencies whose clients advertise on Meta: reports that combine Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Klaviyo and GA4, plus AI that analyses and manages the Meta campaigns, from $45 a month. For white-label reports with scheduled sending, look at Whatagraph, DashThis or Swydo.

Why do agencies switch from AgencyAnalytics?

We found no switching stories, so these are limits rather than customer reasons. Its price grows with every client you add. In its 20 most recent G2 reviews, users mention integration gaps or sync problems (5 of 20), limits on customising dashboards (4 of 20), no way to blend data sources (2 of 20) and feeling behind on AI and automation (2 of 20).

Is there an AgencyAnalytics alternative that isn't priced per client?

Yes. Madgicx is priced by monthly Meta spend only, from $45 a month. Whatagraph is priced by connected data account from €699 a month, DashThis by dashboards and data sources from $44 a month, billed annually, and Swydo by data source from $69 a month.

Which AgencyAnalytics alternative can also manage Meta campaigns?

Madgicx analyses your Meta campaigns, lists the next steps for each account and builds campaigns, ad sets and ads from a chat, each on your approval. We found no way to change an ad account in Whatagraph, DashThis, Swydo or Databox.

Can Madgicx report on more than Meta?

Yes. Its reports combine Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Klaviyo and GA4, shared by link or PDF. It has no white label or scheduled sending, so it doesn't replace a branded client reporting tool.
