First Contact Resolution tracks the share of inquiries resolved on the first contact across channels. Use its definition alongside a clear rule for repeat contacts rather than treating call volume as proof of resolution.
Abandonment Rate describes calls disconnected before a representative answers. It surfaces an access problem that a good post-call satisfaction score cannot capture because those callers never reached the survey.
Give agents a maintained source for answers and escalation paths. GSA identifies centralized knowledge management as a useful contact-center practice; a script alone cannot cover every complex or cross-team inquiry.
A short satisfaction survey provides a high-level customer signal after an interaction. Pair it with resolution and queue measures, because GSA presents these as different views of contact-center performance.

Median and middle 50% of account-level average order values. Each account value is purchase ROAS multiplied by cost per purchase in USD. Successful classifications, including manual corrections, with positive finite spend, purchases, ROAS and cost per purchase. Accounts are counted once with equal weight. Quartiles use linear interpolation. Root cohorts include direct root classifications and their child categories; exact-child cohorts exclude parent and sibling categories. The source selects the highest-spend coverage row per account among snapshots dated within the preceding 30 days; the underlying reporting period is not supplied. This is a dated aggregate advertising-data snapshot, not business-wide AOV or a census. Parent and sibling benchmarks are never substituted.
