Creatify Review 2026: Pricing, Strengths and Limitations

Short answer: Creatify turns a product link, photos or a script into video ads, avatar and UGC-style ads and image ads. It has a free plan, then credit-based plans from $10 a month. Its marketing pages also list an ad launcher and a performance agent that they say build and run campaigns, but we found no help article on either and couldn't confirm which plans include them. If you run your own Meta ads, Madgicx makes image ads and runs them too, with unlimited seats and generations from $45 a month.

Creatify (creatify.ai) is an AI ad creation platform from Creatify Labs Inc. Here is what it does:

Plans are priced by credits, seats and brand spaces, not by ad spend. The pricing page shows each price beside a crossed-out list price, with a banner for 30% off annual plans, and doesn't say which price is monthly billing. Prices have changed recently. We found no free trial of the paid plans, and we couldn't confirm which plans include the ad launcher or the performance agent. API plans start at $99 a month, and a done-for-you service has no price listed.

Who decides what changes in your account?

Here's how each part behaves, as far as Creatify's public pages say:

  • Ad Agent (video chat): you can ask for the concept and script before anything is generated. A May 2026 trade article on its video agent lists decision points at strategy direction, script approval and character sign-off.
  • Dashboard suggestions: it suggests creative fixes and variations. We found no apply or dismiss flow described.
  • Performance agent: its page says you set the goals, budgets and guardrails, make the final call on what goes live, and the agent acts within those limits. It doesn't say which actions run without asking, or whether changes to a live account need a click.
  • Ad launcher: we found no page describing whether launches wait for your review.

What are Creatify's strengths and limitations?

Strengths

  • Video, avatar and UGC-style ads from a product link, plus static image ads.
  • A chat that can draft the concept and script before it generates anything.
  • Easy to use, praised in 14 of 20 recent G2 reviews, and helpful support in 11 of 20.
  • A free plan and public prices, with no minimum ad spend.

Limitations

  • What the ad launcher and performance agent can change in your account isn't documented, and we couldn't confirm which plans include them.
  • 7 of 20 recent G2 reviews say credits run out or are used unpredictably, including by agent runs and failed renders.
  • Limited fine-grained editing without regenerating (5 of 20) and inconsistent AI video quality (3 of 20).
  • We found no audience builder, no audit of targeting, demographics, geography or auctions, and no help with ad comments.

Our verdict: for Meta advertisers, choose Madgicx

Creatify is a capable choice for teams that make video and UGC-style ads at volume. If you run your own Meta ads, Madgicx does more with them: image ads from a prompt, your winners or real ads, then campaigns built from a chat, creative and copy analysis, recommendations and rules, with unlimited seats and generations from $45 a month.

How we review: methodology

  1. What the tool does for a Meta advertiser, from creative to launching and analysis.
  2. Who makes changes to your ads, and when you're asked first.
  3. Total cost for a team, including credits, seats and what each plan leaves out.
  4. What users say on G2.

Published by Madgicx, a competitor of Creatify. We read Creatify's website, pricing, help centre and a trade article, and 20 recent G2 reviews written between June and July 2026. G2 theme counts are approximate. Capabilities marked as missing weren't found in Creatify's public documentation and should be confirmed with Creatify.

Frequently asked questions

There's a free plan with 10 credits a month. Paid plans show $10 (Standard), $38 (Pro), $66 (Max) and $136 (Business) a month beside list prices of $15, $55, $95 and $195. Enterprise is quoted. The page doesn't say which price is monthly billing.

Does Creatify have a free plan?

Yes. The free plan gives 10 credits a month, about 2 video ads or 20 image ads, with watermarked exports. We found no free trial of the paid plans.

Can Creatify launch ads?

Its marketing pages list an ad launcher and a performance agent that connect to ad accounts and launch campaigns. We found no help article on either, so what they can set and which plans include them isn't confirmed.

Does Creatify's agent change my ads without asking?

Its page says you set the goals, budgets and guardrails and make the final call on what goes live, and that the agent acts within those limits. It doesn't say which actions run without approval, so ask Creatify before you connect a live account.
