What Creatify's video and image ads do today, what its ad launcher and performance agent are said to do, how credits are priced, and which alternatives fit Meta advertisers better.
Creatify is an AI ad creation platform that turns a product link into a video ad, and it now also lists an ad launcher and a performance agent. That makes it a good moment to look at what Creatify makes today, what its launching tools are said to do, how its credit-based plans are priced, and which alternatives fit better depending on how you work.
TL;DR: Creatify turns a product link, photos or a script into video ads, avatar and UGC-style ads and image ads. It has a free plan, then credit-based plans from $10 a month. Its marketing pages say an ad launcher and a performance agent build and run campaigns within limits you set, but we found no help article on either and couldn't confirm which plans include them. Recent G2 reviewers like how easy it is to use and complain that credits run out unpredictably. If you run your own Meta ads, Madgicx makes image ads and runs them too, with unlimited seats and generations from $45 a month.
What is Creatify?
Creatify is an AI ad creation platform from Creatify Labs Inc. It turns product links, photos and scripts into video, avatar and static image ads, and Creatify's features page lists an ad launcher too.
The product has six parts:
- Video ads from a product link, photos or a script, plus avatar and UGC-style videos with 300 to 1,500 AI actors depending on plan.
- Image ads, which turn product images into static ads.
- A chat tool, the Ad Agent, that makes video ads from a product link, photos or a saved product.
- A dashboard that syncs connected ad accounts and ranks your creatives.
- A competitor ad tracker and an ad clone for studying and replicating other ads.
- An ad launcher and a performance agent that its marketing pages say connect to ad accounts and run campaigns.
Its recent direction is agents. In May 2026 a trade article on Creatify Agent reported the launch of Creatify Agent, which makes video ads through one conversation. Creatify's help centre now describes an Ad Agent that replaces the earlier Creative Agent and usually costs fewer credits. Creatify's performance agent page lists connections to Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Snap Ads, AppLovin and OpenAI Ads, and we found no launch date for it.
Who is Creatify for?
Creatify is built for marketers, agencies and teams that make video and UGC-style ads at volume. Creatify's pricing page sells seats, brand spaces, an API and a done-for-you service, and a trade article says the product draws on signals from 3 million marketers and more than 10,000 companies, agencies and teams, which is the company's own claim.
It's a weaker fit for teams that want one tool to build campaigns, recommend changes and automate live ads with documented controls: its help centre covers video creation and performance reporting, and the launcher and agent that would do the rest aren't described there.
What Creatify can and can't do
Video and avatar ads
Does: Creatify's creative tools include URL to video, avatar video, batch creation and a node-based visual ad builder. Pro and Max include 3 custom avatars.
Doesn't: recent G2 reviewers mention limited fine-grained editing without regenerating a scene (5 of 20), inconsistent AI video quality (3 of 20) and slow rendering (3 of 20).
Image ads
Does: turns product images into static ads. The free plan is described as about 20 image ads from 10 credits.
Chat
Does: the Ad Agent makes video ads from a product link, uploaded photos or videos, or a saved product. You can ask for the concept and script first, before anything is generated, and edit by chat or timestamped comments.
Doesn't: the help article describes video creation only, with no ad platforms and no ad account actions. G2 reviewers mention agent speed, accuracy or credit use (3 of 20).
Analysis and competitor ads
Does: its My Ads dashboard syncs connected ad accounts, names Meta and TikTok, ranks creatives by CTR, ROAS and CPA, surfaces top hooks and selling points, suggests fixes for weak creatives and recommends storyboards and variations. Findings can be shared with a team. A competitor tracker monitors rival ads and lets you save or share the best ones, and an ad clone analyses an existing ad so its creative elements can be replicated. Both come from the Pro plan up.
Doesn't: we found no analysis of individual lines of copy, no PDF or link reports and no breakdowns by audience, age, gender or country. We couldn't confirm whether a clone can start from an ad in the tracker.
Launching and automation
Does: Creatify's homepage says the ad launcher connects ad accounts once, adjusts to each platform's specs and has built-in A/B testing. The performance agent page says the agent builds and launches campaigns, writes copy, makes ads, sets budgets, reallocates budget across platforms, rotates creative and builds targeting, within goals, budgets and guardrails you set. The pricing page lists Automations from the Pro plan up.
Doesn't: we found no help article on the launcher, the agent or Automations. We couldn't find whether campaigns start paused or live, what you can set, how guardrails are set, or which plans include the launcher and the agent. We found no rule builder or ready-made rules described.
Audiences and ad comments
Doesn't: the only mention of targeting is a claim that the performance agent builds it. We found no audience builder, no feature that finds ad comments needing an answer, and no audit of targeting, demographics, geography or auctions.
Who decides what changes in your account?
- Ad Agent (video chat): you can ask for the concept and script before anything is generated. The trade article on its video agent lists decision points at strategy direction, script approval and character sign-off.
- Dashboard suggestions: it suggests creative fixes and variations. We found no apply or dismiss flow described.
- Performance agent: its page says you set the goals, budgets and guardrails, make the final call on what goes live, and the agent acts within those limits. It doesn't say which actions run without asking, or whether changes to a live account need a click.
- Ad launcher: we found no page describing whether launches wait for your review.
How much does Creatify cost?
| Plan | Monthly cost | What's included |
|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | 10 credits a month (about 2 video ads or 20 image ads), 300 AI actors, watermarked exports |
| Standard | $10 (list price $15) | 55 credits, 1 seat and 1 brand space. No Ad Agent and Automations, competitor tracker or ad clone |
| Pro | $38 (list price $55) | 280 credits, 1 seat, 2 brand spaces, 1,500 AI actors plus 3 custom avatars. Adds Ad Agent and Automations, competitor tracker and ad clone |
| Max | $66 (list price $95) | 730 credits, 3 seats and 3 brand spaces, with the same features as Pro |
| Business | $136 (list price $195) | 1,500 to 6,100 credits by tier, 10 seats, 10 brand spaces, unlimited ad account connections and unlimited tracked brands |
| Enterprise | Quote | Unlimited seats and brand spaces, all AI actors and custom credits |
Plans are priced by credits, seats and brand spaces, not by ad spend. The pricing page shows each price beside a crossed-out list price, with a banner for 30% off annual plans, and doesn't say which price is monthly billing. Prices have changed recently. We found no free trial of the paid plans, and we couldn't confirm which plans include the ad launcher or the performance agent. API plans start at $99 a month, and a done-for-you service has no price listed.
What it costs in practice: a team of three that wants the Ad Agent, competitor tracker and ad clone needs Max, shown at $66 a month (list price $95), because Pro has one seat. Madgicx includes unlimited seats and generations from $45 a month.
Is Creatify worth it?
For video and UGC-style ads at volume, with a free plan to try first, it can be. Watch credit use: 7 of 20 recent reviewers say credits run out or are used unpredictably. If you also want to launch ads and improve them with approval built in, the launcher and agent aren't documented in its help centre, so test them before you rely on them.
What do users say about Creatify?
Creatify has a 4.8 rating on Creatify's G2 reviews from more than 1,700 reviews. In 20 recent reviews, written between June and July 2026, users praise ease of use (14 of 20), video ad creation including product link to video (12 of 20), helpful and responsive support (11 of 20), speed and time saving (10 of 20) and realistic avatars or voices (3 of 20).
The complaints: credits that run out or are used unpredictably, including by agent runs and failed renders (7 of 20), limited fine-grained editing without regenerating (5 of 20), slow rendering (3 of 20), inconsistent AI video quality (3 of 20) and agent speed, accuracy or credit use (3 of 20). Six of the 20 listed no dislike. A separate read of 10 reviews from October 2026 showed the same pattern: credits and pricing (3 of 10) and inconsistent AI video (3 of 10). Theme counts are approximate.

Creatify alternatives
1. Madgicx Best overall
Madgicx makes image ads and then runs them: it builds campaigns, ad sets and ads from a chat and lists the next steps for your Meta account, each on your approval.
Compared with Creatify: Madgicx generates image ads from a prompt, from your own best ads or from real ads in its library. It adds what we found missing or undocumented in Creatify: campaigns built from a chat, recommendations you approve or dismiss, analysis of which lines of copy bring results, ready-made and custom rules, ready-made audiences and a full audit of your Meta account. Every plan includes unlimited seats and generations, from $45 a month, with no credits.
2. AdCreative.ai
AI banners, images, video and ad text, with creative scoring before launch.
Compared with Creatify: it makes video, UGC-style video and ad text too, with templates for banners, and scores creatives before launch. It starts at $39 a month for 20 credits, used when you download, and we saw a 7-day trial rather than a free plan. It sends finished creatives to your ad account, and we found no campaign building, rules or recommendations for live ads.
3. Pencil
AI text, image and video ads with a model trained on your own ad data.
Compared with Creatify: it generates ad text, images and video from briefs and scores new creatives with a model trained on your ad account, within a Brand Library of brand guidelines. It starts at $14 a month for 50 generations, with no free plan, and is aimed mainly at larger brands and agencies. It exports finished ads to your ad accounts, and we found no avatar or UGC-style feature.
| Creatify | Madgicx | Pencil | |
|---|---|---|---|
| AI image ads | Yes.Credits | Yes.Unlimited | Yes.Generation limits |
| Campaigns built from chat | Partly.Claimed, not documented | Yes.On your approval | No.None found |

How to test Creatify before you commit
- Start on the free plan: its 10 credits are about 2 video ads or 20 image ads.
- Ask Creatify which plan includes the ad launcher and the performance agent, and what each can change in your ad account, before you pay for one.
- Test a short render and watch your credit balance, since reviewers say agent runs and failed renders use credits unexpectedly.
- Check the price at checkout: the pricing page shows each price beside a crossed-out list price and doesn't say which is monthly billing.
Our verdict
Creatify is a capable choice for teams that make video and UGC-style ads at volume. If you run your own Meta ads, Madgicx does more with them: image ads from a prompt, your winners or real ads, then campaigns built from a chat, creative and copy analysis, recommendations and rules, with unlimited seats and generations from $45 a month.
How we reviewed Creatify
We went through Creatify's website, pricing and features pages, its performance agent page, its help centre articles on the Ad Agent, My Ads and creative tools, a trade article on its agent launch, and 20 recent reviews on G2. We judged it on four things:
- What it does for a Meta advertiser, from creative to launching and analysis.
- Who makes changes to your ads, and when you're asked first.
- Total cost for a team, including credits, seats and what each plan leaves out.
- What users say.
