You need to have one crucial thing in place for MCT to work: your Facebook pixel. At the moment, we do not offer the dev power to support pixel setup services or fix existing pixel setup issues.

All the data will still be on your pixel, but we will close the cloud server and hand over the storage space to new MCT clients. Your tracking accuracy will drop again right after canceling. Given it’s a fundamental piece of infrastructure, we have had a churn rate of only 1.09% since we started providing this service.

Once we have access to all the required assets, we’ll set up your MCT infrastructure within 1-2 days. During that process, we’ll ensure no tracking downtime and a smooth transition from the old to the new tracking infrastructure while focusing on not losing any data in the process.

Yes! Given a functioning pixel, if you do not see a minimum of a 10% uplift in attribution after 30 days, you will get a full refund.

Yes! The data is sent in real-time, but Facebook can still take up to 72 hours to attribute and deduplicate correctly.
