A hospice enquiry needs an eligibility and setting boundary.

Within Senior Care Services
CMS requires US Medicare Part A, a Medicare-certified hospice, physician certification of a prognosis of six months or less if the illness follows its normal course, and an election statement waiving Medicare payments for the terminal illness and related conditions. An enquiry does not establish those requirements.
CMS describes US Medicare routine home hospice in a home, skilled nursing facility or assisted-living facility when the patient is not in crisis. Inpatient care is a separate level. Suggested practice: name the offered setting before interpreting a contact form as a residential admission.
US Medicare says room and board are generally not covered for hospice at home or in a nursing home or hospice inpatient facility. It covers the facility stay when the hospice team determines and arranges needed short-term inpatient or respite care. Keep that exception with any coverage statement.
Medicare's US guidance says hospice can continue after six months if the hospice medical director or hospice doctor recertifies terminal illness after the required face-to-face meeting. The eligibility prognosis and actual service duration are different. Do not present six months as a guaranteed length or automatic cutoff.

Median and middle 50% of account-level average order values. Each account value is purchase ROAS multiplied by cost per purchase in USD. Successful classifications, including manual corrections, with positive finite spend, purchases, ROAS and cost per purchase. Accounts are counted once with equal weight. Quartiles use linear interpolation. Root cohorts include direct root classifications and their child categories; exact-child cohorts exclude parent and sibling categories. The source selects the highest-spend coverage row per account among snapshots dated within the preceding 30 days; the underlying reporting period is not supplied. This is a dated aggregate advertising-data snapshot, not business-wide AOV or a census. Parent and sibling benchmarks are never substituted.
