Of course. While there are different plan packages, you can cancel your respective subscription at any time via the settings page in the app. Though unsubscribing will cancel Madgicx’s automated rules and functionality, any campaigns launched with Madgicx will continue to run rampant as, ultimately, all data acquired while using Madgicx remains in your Facebook Ad Account. Moreover, you will still have access to the app until the end of your billing cycle, even after canceling your subscription. Please note our Terms of Service.
We have myriad support options for you: Our help articles, in-app guides, and video tutorials are accessible in the Madgicx Academy and within the application. They provide in-depth explanations of our features and strategies. We also have a fantastic chat support team that is open and available to you. We’re on the same team! We believe that our customers’ success is our success.
Of course, you can. You can add as many team members as needed; just remember that they will need permission for the ad account. Also, please ensure they add the same ad accounts you have connected (to avoid fees for exceeding your plan’s ad account limit). Please have your team members sign up for the free trial at app.madgicx.com, send our support team either their new User ID or the email they signed up with, and we will connect them for you. Please remember that any increase in ad spend due to automation or a campaign/ad set launched by your teammates may affect your subscription plan if it exceeds the spend limit.
Every Madgicx plan allows you to connect two ad accounts for free, but you can purchase the right to add additional ad accounts if you need. If you wish to add an ad account, simply go to the settings page in the app and click “Add Facebook Account” on the top right. You can also add your Google Account (for Google Display Network) and connect Google Analytics on the settings page.
Your plan will not be automatically downgraded if you spend less than your plan’s spend limit. If you wish to downgrade your plan, you need to reach out to our support team via chat. If there is an excess charge when downgrading, it will be auto-converted to credits.
