We're looking for a Back-End Engineer with AI products expertise to join our Ukrainian R&D team and help us build a cutting-edge all-in-one solution that will change the game for businesses everywhere. What you will be doing
- Developing solutions using Python and related technologies;
- Regular review of the code of other developers;
- Planning and designing solutions and projects;
- Identifying and suggesting areas of future work for themselves and back up their suggestions with evidence;
- Analyze and estimate the effort of implementing business requirements;
- Learn and apply cutting-edge technologies.
What you will bring to the table
- 3-5 or more years of experience in MVC backend development with Python;
- Experience with Django or Flask, SQL, RabbitMQ, Celery, Django REST;
- Experience with external APIs, preferably marketing APIs (Google Ads or Facebook);
- Hands-on experience with modern AI solutions, Open AI, Chat GPT models and ecosystem over it. LangChain, other verctor DBs;
- Ability to adapt existing AI solutions for our needs;
- Expertise in training their own models or fine-tuning existing models;
- Ability to work in an agile team environment with minimal supervision;
- Upper-Intermediate English level or higher;
- Independent self-starter with strong initiative.
