Tracking and Attribution Expert
🪄 About the Role
Hi 👋 ,
I’m Yahav, Co–Founder and Chief Magician of Madgicx. I’m looking to hire a Tracking and Attribution Expert for the Ad Attribution area who will report directly to me, building a CDP/DMP, starting from Shopify, Meta, Google, and Tiktok Ads and gradually adding more channels and Attribution capabilities, such as Post Purchase Survey. We have very ambitious plans for the future, we are building Madgicx with a unique Product and Engineering philosophy - I want this hire to help Madgicx become the leading Attribution platform for DTC advertisers.
⚙️ The Opportunity
Our Tracking product is one of the strongest in terms of Server Side Tracking, and now we want to build the best 1st party attribution model.We see Ad Attribution as one of the four major product areas: Marketing Analytics, Ad Attribution, AI Ad Optimization & Creative-Technologies. From day one, we have aimed to build "an autonomous ad optimization machine" For Ecom businesses, basically to become the go-to app for Ad management, automation, and optimization. We’re doing all of these with a 36-person R&D team.
Our product principles:
- Need to know what strategies & tactics are working right now for DTC so we can build the best tech possible
- We are not building a replica of the ad platforms but rather a machine that can think like a performance marketer that optimizes ads across channels
- Obsess with Ease of Use & UX while providing power features
We also want to continuously delight users. Our clients love madgicx, and we love our clients so we created a song based on a real customer interview. Many clients use us as their “secret weapon,” and we delight them so much that they want to share it with the world.
What you will be doing
In the long term, you be a significant contributor to our overall product strategy and hugely impact our product velocity and quality. In the short term, as you familiarize yourself with Madgicx's space, customers, product approach, and Team, you will collaborate closely with Yahav to get on individual projects. For this role, candidates with a background as past or aspiring Founders are preferred; however, we are also excited to evaluate candidates from diverse backgrounds who bring unique perspectives and skills to the table.
What you will bring to the table
- Experience as a Media Buyer is a must
- Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads
- Experience with Marketing Attribution software and tools
- Experience working with data lakes, CDP/DMP
- You manage the priorities and are able to communicate them clearly
🏄♂️Nice-to-have:
- Experience with TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads
- Experience with Shopify
- You possess strong business acumen and understand the collaborative nature of product and Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies
- You have the ability to envision the monetization potential of your features and effectively align product priorities with Madgicx's broader business objectives
