Sales Representative

Madgicx.com is a leading SaaS company specializing in online advertising solutions. Our innovative platform empowers businesses worldwide to optimize their online ads and drive revenue growth. We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our Sales Department. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work collaboratively with the Marketing, Success and Support Departments and make a significant impact on the success of our clients.

What you will be doing

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation and Business Growth:

  • Proactively hunt for new leads and identify potential clients.
  • Handle inbound leads and nurture them throughout the sales process.
  • Drive new business revenue growth through effective sales strategies.
  • Ensure client retention and satisfaction during the initial 3-month period before transitioning to the Success team.

Client Engagement and Support:

  • Present Madgicx.com to businesses across a Global prospect and client base.
  • Tailor service and software packages to meet clients' specific needs.
  • Assist new users in setting up and achieving success with the Madgicx software.
  • Conduct consultations and provide training to prospects and new customer on platform usage and best practices.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with the success and support teams to deliver premium support to existing clients.

Collaboration and Feedback:

  • Collaborate with the product team to provide valuable insights and feedback on new features and enhancements.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective communication strategies, training and sales materials.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment of objectives.

What you will bring to the table

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the SaaS industry.
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (native-level proficiency preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of online advertising or a serious interest in this space.
  • High energy and comfort with networking and selling.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Willingness to adapt to a dynamic and ever-changing work environment.
