Madgicx is seeking an entrepreneurial Paid Media Growth to lead and grow our team during a period of rapidly accelerating growth. The ideal candidate will be a performance- and data-oriented marketing expert with a track record of success scaling B2B SaaS ad accounts. This is an opportunity to own an integrated performance marketing strategy across multiple business units and build a team according to your vision. If you are an excellent team leader who knows how to execute and optimize an omnichannel advertising strategy across Google, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIN, Twitter, TikTok, and native ads, this position is for you. This is a hands-on position, which requires an exceptional communicator with proven leadership skills and past successes in traditional and non-traditional campaigns across a broad range of marketing channels.

What you will be doing

  • Build cross-channel marketing strategies, optimizing budgets and advertising efficiency, creatives, and messaging with a results-oriented growth-marketing approach
  • Oversee budget allocation between channels 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to find places to innovate in acquisition and conversion optimization for meaningful growth
  • Conceptualize creatives for ad campaigns, oversee their production, and analyze their performance
  • Ideate and help to build out A/B testing initiatives both on- and off-site (creative, copy, landing pages, etc.)
  • Gather data on consumers, competitors, and market conditions
  • Prepare periodic reports and present results to the management
  • Plan and follow a digital roadmap designed to significantly impact subscription-based customer acquisition and retention rate
  • Collaborate closely with other teams including Content, Creative, and Product, maximizing ROI

What you will bring to the table

  • 7+ years of experience in hands-on campaign management of budgets as high as $100K+/mo
  • 3+ years of experience as a team lead in the digital and growth marketing sphere
  • A deep understanding of FB, Google Ads, GA, and Google Data Studio
  • A proven track record of managing acquisition and retention campaigns, strategies, and benchmarks in a SaaS business environment targeting SMBs
  • A true passion for digital marketing fueled by continuous learning, testing, and application of new techniques, tools, and technologies
  • Native-level English
  • Excellent copywriting and creative planning skills
  • Extensive experience in working with design teams
  • Exceptional time management skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects and ongoing work items while effectively managing changing priorities
  • Ability to think strategically across the short, medium and long terms while obsessing over details
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to build a team and inspire team members to efficiently work together toward common goals
