As part of this position, you will manage our strategic global customers from A-Z, and be the link between the customer and the company. You will need great interpersonal skills, a proven track record in customer relationship management, and being a problem solver with at least one year of proven experience in managing clients from the Digital Marketing world.
The responsibilities include building and nurturing healthy long-term customer relationships, developing new marketing opportunities, daily monitoring and analyzing the performance of online campaigns such as Google, Facebook, TikTok, etc., briefing creative teams, allocating and managing budgets, and identifying new areas of growth.
What you will bring to the table
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written - MUST
- At least one year experience in digital customer management - MUST
- Experience with online marketing channels (Facebook, Google, etc) - Advantage
- Organizational skills and ability to plan and operate detailed projects
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and cross-group collaboration skills
- Ability to learn quickly and operate professionally on new platforms
- Self-motivated & strong work ethic
- Team player and problem solver mentality
- Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
